Each Walking Forest app has its own website, and its privacy policy and terms live there — written for what that app actually does, since they differ from app to app.
What this site collects
Usage data, so we can see whether anyone reads this site. We use Google Analytics 4, which records the pages you visit, roughly when, and general information about your device and approximate location. To do that it stores cookies in your browser and gives it a randomly generated identifier, so that repeat visits can be recognised as repeat visits. Google processes this data for us, under Google’s own terms.
Beyond that we ask nothing of you. This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact form, no comments and no advertising — there is nothing to log in to and nothing to submit. Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, as every host does, to keep the site running and spot abuse.
We do not sell what we collect. If you would rather not be counted, browser settings and extensions that block analytics will keep you out of ours, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on of its own.
Changes
If we change this page, the new version goes here and the date at the top changes with it. Walking Forest LLC runs this website.

You are welcome to read, link to and quote this site. Please don't scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people. We own its text, images, and the Walking Forest name and marks; quoting us with attribution is fine, passing our work off as yours is not.
This site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available but we don't promise either, and to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here affects your rights in respect of an app you have bought — those are in that app's terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
